Delivery Addresses
Orders are delivered exclusively to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Pickup Point Deliveries
Once your shipment is ready for collection, you will receive a notification via email or SMS.
To collect your package, you will need:
- your tracking or shipment number,
- a valid photo identification document.
Shipments are typically stored at the pickup point for 7–10 days.
Unclaimed shipments are automatically returned to the sender.
Delivery Times
